Exhibition

During the 15th Panhellenic Academic Libraries Conference an exhibition for companies active in the library & information area, will be held in the ground floor of the Conference & Cultural Center of the University of Patras. Companies active in:
  • Library Automation
  • Books & Periodicals
  • Library Equipment
  • Library Information Services
  • Information Technologies
will find a perfect opportunity to reach Greek audience and demonstrate their active role and contribution to Greek libraries continuous development.

Twenty (20) exhibition booths of 2x3m are available for booking according to the conference area plans below. Participation to the exhibition is totally independent of the sponsoring program apart of the privilege of the "Major Sponsor" to select the booth they prefer in case they choose to participate in the exhibition as well.

Terms and conditions:

  • Booth selection is based on priority according to exhibition application date. During the application procedure the exhibitor selects three (3) booths he prefers in order to help the organizing committee's final decision in booth assignment. Booth assignments will be solely at the discretion of the Conference Organizing Committee, however, in case of conflicting requests priority will be given to those exhibitors who have continuous participated in the past years conferences and those exhibitors who sponsor the conference as "Major Sponsors".
  • Exhibition participation price amounts to 2.000,00 Euros and includes:
    • A booth 2x3m for the three (3) days of the Conference (1-3 November 2006) with proper furniture, lighting and network facilities.
    • A complimentary conference registration for two (2) exhibitor's representatives (includes participation to the Conference Official Dinner but not to the Speakers' Dinner)
    • Logo and company name printed/displayed on the Exhibition Program in
      • the final printed Conference Program
      • the relevant Exhibition web page of the conference web site (with link to the exhibitor's home page)
Potential exhibitors must fill and submit the Exhibition Application Form available to the conference web site. LIS must reply within 5 days with information about booth availability and payment procedures. After participation confirmation the exhibitor must pay participation cost within one (1) month otherwise participation is cancelled.

All applications should have been received no later than 31/8/2006 and all payments must have been made until 15/9/2006.
