Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the measures by the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, the operation of the Library is modified.
On site service
The public service hours are from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Due to COVID-19 the special operating status of the Library allows only circulation of information material (borrowing and return) upon request.
Users are not allowed to stay and use the reading room, except to visit the entrance area to borrow or return material.
In order to be able to borrow books you need to fill in the form below. You should have searched beforehand for the books you want through our online catalog “Nereus”, which is accessible on a 24-hour basis, and requested that they be kept in your name. After you are notified by our staff, then you will be able to come to the Library and borrow them.
Books, as long as they are already inside the building, are immediately available for borrowing. If a book has been returned after the opening of the Library, then it can be borrowed only after 72 hours have elapsed from the date of return. If this is the case, you will be notified by our staff.
For book returns you can visit the Library at the modified opening hours. You may need to wait, keeping the right distance.
This is an abbreviated English page of the special operating status of the Library, focusing only on some core services. For any other matter, foreign students, who are not speaking Greek, can call at 2610 969621 (until 15:00), while those who can read are encouraged to send us a message through the online form.
