Αναφορά της Clarivate για τα “Ερευνητικά Μέτωπα”

Εξώφυλλο αναφοράςΑπό το 2013, το Institutes of Science and Development και η National Science Library της Chinese Academy of Sciences μαζί με την Clarivate δημοσιεύουν μια σειρά ετήσιων εκθέσεων για τα λεγόμενα «Ερευνητικά Μέτωπα » (Research Fronts). Για την έκδοση του 2024, 110 επίκαιρα (hot) και 15 αναδυόμενα (emerging) ερευνητικά μέτωπα εντοπίστηκαν με βάση την ανάλυση συν-αναφοράς ερευνητικών εργασιών. Η επιλογή των περιοχών αυτών βασίστηκε στον αρχικό εντοπισμό 13.318 ερευνητικών περιοχών με δεδομένα της περιόδου 2018-2023, τα οποία ελήφθησαν τον Μάρτιο του 2024, από τη βάση δεδομένων Essential Science Indicators (ESI) της Clarivate. Η έκθεση παρουσιάζει αυτές τις περιοχές έντονης ερευνητικής δραστηριότητας, οι οποίες συγκροτούνται από αυτό-οργανωμένα συμπλέγματα συναφούς έρευνας που προσδιορίζονται από την ανάλυση των μεταξύ τους αναφορών.

Η αναλυτική έκθεση, η οποία υπόκειται στους περιορισμούς που έχει εγγενώς η βάση Essential Science Indicators (π.χ. εκπροσώπηση θεμάτων, γλωσσών, κλπ.) βρίσκεται στην σχετική ιστοσελίδα και είναι μια ένδειξη κάποιων κύριων ρευμάτων ερευνητικού ενδιαφέροντος.
